About Hannah
Hello, I’m Hannah Holland an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and practicing Midwife with over a decade of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
I qualified as a Midwife in 2011 practicing in a variety of areas in maternity, and after having my three children, each with their own unique feeding journey, my passion for feeding support truly blossomed. In 2020, I joined the infant feeding team at a local NHS Trust, where I now proudly serve as the Infant Feeding Team Lead for the hospital.
In April 2025, I gained my IBCLC qualification, further deepening my commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate care. Alongside my NHS role, I offer holistic, family-centred private support tailored to meet the diverse needs of parents and babies.
Whether you're preparing to feed your baby, facing challenges, or simply seeking reassurance, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, expertise, and respect. I offer face-to-face home visits across Hampshire, Surrey, and Berkshire. I believe every family deserves to feel confident and supported and I’m honoured to be part of that journey.

Do you support tongue-tie? I can assess feeding and recognise signs that may suggest a tongue-tie. If needed, I will refer you to a trusted specialist for further assessment and treatment.
What happens at a home visit? I take a full feeding history, observe a feed, support positioning and attachment, and create a personalised plan with clear, practical steps.
How quickly can you visit? I aim to offer appointments within a few days where possible, especially for urgent feeding concerns.
Do you only support breastfeeding? No - I support all feeding journeys including mixed feeding, expressing and bottle feeding.
Can you help with low milk supply? Yes - I assess feeding, explore possible causes, and develop a plan to support milk production where appropriate.
Do you offer virtual appointments? Yes - virtual consultations are available and can be very effective for many feeding concerns.
When should I book an antenatal session? Antenatal sessions are usually most helpful in the third trimester, but can be done earlier if you would like reassurance.
Can partners attend the consultation? Yes - partners are very welcome, and I encourage their involvement so they feel confident supporting feeding.
How long will I need support for? Some families need just one visit, while others benefit from ongoing support - this is tailored to your needs.
Do you offer follow-up support? Yes - all antenatal and postnatal home visits include two weeks of WhatsApp support, so you have ongoing guidance as things develop. Additional support can also be arranged if needed.
